Hello,

i purchased a Nikon Coolpix Camera S3100 camera from letsbuy.com.
at the time of purchase it was mentioned on website that a designer watch and wallet will be given as a gift.
but they dispatched my order as partial shipment.
it did not contain the gift item as well as camera pouch which was mentioned at the time of purchase.

i got my order at 10th may but the remaining item is still having the status as "In Process".
i have called the customer care 7-8 times and also wrote emails but they did not respond me.

once a customer care representative told me that gift items are not in stock.
i want to know how can a company show some item on website and receive order for the same which is not available in stock.

after 10 days of delivery i did not even receive the camera pouch,then how could i use my camera without camera pouch.

letsbuy- you need to look towards your services.this is a complete case of cyber fraud.
